Instructors
In Other WORDS first got into training out of necessity. There were not enough technical communicators to fill the demand for freelancers and placements, so we decided to "make" them. Our Director of Technical Communication Training, Leah Guren, has been teaching technical communications nonstop for the last 8 years.
From that auspicious beginning, we have continued to develop and diversify our training offerings, with the common theme always being courses and seminars that enrich the professional skills of communicators and their managers.
